Zephyr UAS, Inc. (ZUI) was established in 2015 in Orange County, California. We are a small, family-owned company who aims to provide efficient and cost effective engineering and construction management solutions to meet the most aggressive schedule or budget constraints.
ZUI provides engineering design and construction management services for a variety of railroad projects. The firm’s areas of expertise range from feasibility studies requiring conceptual design and analysis to final design, including PS&Es and construction management. Our highly-qualified team of engineering professionals have extensive experience in the design and construction management of rail projects, including light, heavy, commuter and freight rail.
ZUI augments our design and construction management services by utilizing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for various applications. ZUI uses a state-of-the-art fleet of UAVs to provide our clients with services that save time, reduce cost, and decrease safety risks on their projects. These services include aerial photogrammetric mapping, inspection, and construction monitoring.
Zephyr UAS pilots are licensed under FAA Part 107.
All of our pilots are certified specifically for small unmanned aerial vehicles (sUAVs). This means we are approved by the FAA for a variety of UAV commercial applications and can work on your project today!
